Meeting up with Fred and Monique at Griffith Park the day I came back from vacation was the perfect excuse to get me away from chores of laundry and unpacking. It was as beautiful as ever this day and being at one of my favorite places in Los Angeles with a couple so much in love was a real treat. I’ve known Monique since high school so when she called me up to ask if I would shoot their wedding I was beyond thrilled. Not only are they in the midst of planning a wedding, they are also both finishing up master’s degrees, planning an end of summer trip to Europe, and re-modeing their home, all while working full time! It’s easy sometimes to think I am just too busy to squeeze one more thing into my schedule, but seeing all that these two are able to accomplish at once is a true testament to being persistent and working hard to get the things you really want out of life. Just a little over 4 months away until their big day…I can’t wait. enjoy!
