Danny and Rachael have quite the love story, and without going into too much detail, I will just say that it was an honor to be a part of such a special day for two wonderful people. The emotion of the day was evident throughout, from their first look under an eleven hundred year old oak tree, to the personal vows spoken during the ceremony. The reception was full of details that Rachael painstakingly worked on over months and we shared laughs with some of the best people you could ever hope to be around. Thank you both so much for having us! Enjoy!

  • Elva Johnson - You captured the day perfectly! Just amazing =)

  • Cristina Barragan - Love how beautifully you captured everything! Such a pleasure to be part of this day!!

  • Cristina Barragan - Can’t wait to feature this tomorrow on our Facebook Page!

It’s been a maternity session kind of month, which has been so fun getting insight on how everyone else’s pregnancy compares with mine! Makes a girl feel normal, ya know? I’ve known Sarah and Charlie since high school (where they met) and love meeting up with them once in awhile as their family grows. Huntington Beach was a great background for their maternity photos, and a departure from the typical beach belly shots that we see floating around the web. I look forward to meeting their little one as soon as he makes an appearance this summer! Enjoy.

This was an extra special shoot for me as Ryan and Jackie are friends of Russ and I, and Russ and Ryan even work together! I’ve gotten to know them better over the past year or so and am beyond excited that they are becoming first time parents! Ryan is also the biggest Laker fan I know (and I know quite a few) so of course we had to incorporate his team. It was definitely fate that we ran into a field of yellow flowers to make those Laker colors pop! Enjoy!

I always knew that being a Southern California resident was a blessed thing, but spending a day in Malibu always reaffirms that sentiment. Meeting up with Felicia and Bradford for the first time (they booked me online!) at Point Dume was such a special treat. Their chemistry together was so electric I had to remind Bradford that I also needed some photos where they weren’t kissing…haha! They were true sports as we hiked sandy trails, and did some rock climbing (sorta)…anything for the perfect shot! Their wedding next year in Oceanside is sure to be amazing and full of love! Enjoy!
