Jerome, a graduate student from Switzerland and Karen, a nursing student from Southern California met one fateful evening on a bus headed to a party at UC San Diego. After their path’s collided that night, the rest was history and these two fell madly in love. Across two continents and many trips around the world to spend time together they finally wed on a warm San Diego afternoon at the Catamaran Resort in Mission Bay. The resort was absolutely amazing and transported you to somewhere far more tropical than what you may typically find in Southern California. The beauty of the day was not just in the surroundings, but in the vows the couple shared (both in French and in English) and the genuine love and excitement that emanated from their guests who traveled from continents far and wide. Merci Jérôme et Karen de nous avoir! Appréciez!

  • Luie bentillo - Congrats you two!!! Karen, you look so beautiful!!!!

Summer this year seems to be my busy wedding season. With good reason…I mean, Southern California in July is pretty great weather wise. The sun is sure to be shining and even if the temps can reach certain highs, you are guaranteed a beautiful day. Alex and Yanci picked such a day in the hills of Corona. Knowing they have a large family (meaning lots of photos following the ceremony), they decided to do a first look and take all of their portraits before. Although this is definitely a personal choice, seeing each other before the ceremony creates such a special moment and some quiet time for the bride and groom to calm each other’s nerves before stepping out in front of family and friends. Thank you Alex and Yanci for having us! enjoy.

Michael and Paige were married a few weeks back at the beautiful Orcutt Ranch. I loved the location and all of the abundant natural light available throughout the property. These two are the sweetest and I have to give a shout out to the bride’s mom, Janis, who coordinated and made my job oh-so-easy! A few days after their wedding the couple flew to Hawaii not just for their honeymoon, but also to begin living full time together! Color me green with envy! Michael and Paige were such a dream to work with and I wish them many long years of mai-tai’s and romantic Honolulu sunsets. enjoy!

  • Bree Scurti - AMAZING PHOTOS!!!!!!!!!

Danny and Rachael have quite the love story, and without going into too much detail, I will just say that it was an honor to be a part of such a special day for two wonderful people. The emotion of the day was evident throughout, from their first look under an eleven hundred year old oak tree, to the personal vows spoken during the ceremony. The reception was full of details that Rachael painstakingly worked on over months and we shared laughs with some of the best people you could ever hope to be around. Thank you both so much for having us! Enjoy!
